We do not accept returns for products that have been unsealed, opened, or used unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. Please see Allergic Reaction section for more details.
Gift cards and sale items are are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Unopened items in their original condition and packaging purchased in-store must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Online returns may be returned in-store or by mail within 14 days of delivery date.
Shipping will not be refunded. Promotional gifts must also be returned if the promotional threshold is no longer met. Products can be returned individually.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will provide a refund in the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start an online return, you can contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Mailed items should be protected in a bag or box. Please include your order number, full name, and email address. We recommend using a courier service with a tracking number system.
In the instance of an allergic reaction, we can offer a refund or store credit for the individual product upon confirmation of an allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. Angel Perfume & Cosmetics reserves the right to request photos and/or a doctor's note to confirm the allergic reaction.
